Hi, I’m Kate—a former attorney turned certified nutrition and fitness coach. My passion for health and wellness didn’t come naturally; it was born out of years of frustration, trial, and error.

As a busy professional, I juggled demanding schedules and tried every extreme method to get results, only to end up with minimal progress and mounting stress. It wasn’t until I discovered macros, nutritional periodization, and strategic strength training that everything clicked.

I stopped cutting out food groups, ditched rigid rules, and found a rhythm that worked.
