Not sure whether you should start in a deficit, reverse or maintenance phase? Based on your dieting history, current habits and goals, you'll receive a recommended starting phase.

MACRO CALCULATION

Based on your body, goals and starting phase, you'll receive a custom macro calculation. Your calculation will tell you exactly how much of each macronutrient (i.e., carbs, fats and proteins) to consume. You'll also get a daily fiber, water and step goal to complement your macro calculation and get you feeling your very best!

SUGGESTED NEXT STEPS

Along with your starting phase and macro calculation, you'll know where to go next. You'll get guidelines to learn when it's time to move to the next phase and suggestions for how to make that transition.

MACRO MANUAL

You'll receive a copy of the Macro Manual, which outlines exactly how to use macros to create sustainable body composition changes. This manual covers the "need-to-know" elements of macros and nutrition periodization.

EXERCISE RECOMMENDATIONS

Ever wondered if you're doing the "right" type of workouts? Your exercise habits can make a big difference in achieving your fitness goals. You'll receive recommendations for daily movement (e.g., a daily step goal) and weekly workout splits (note-- this is NOT a workout program, simply advice on the types of workouts that will accelerate results. 

We'll spend 45 minutes together (over Zoom) to go over the details of your plan and answer all of your questions! Whether you are a seasoned wellness enthusiast looking for ways to get to that next level, or you're just now learning about macros for the first time, we'll tailor your session to address your specific needs.
